Diocesan Catechetical Apostolate: 2014

MISSION

1. To expand and propagate the work of evangelization

2. To help the Bishop and the priests in bringing God’s Word to the people

3. To provide catechetical instruction in the public and private schools, parish churches and chapels

4. To provide formation, training and updating programs for catechists who will serve in the preparation of the faithful for a meaningful sacramental life

5. To conduct seminars, retreats, recollections for the spiritual development of the faithful

6. To disseminate catholic literature, catechetical materials or information on faith through print, drama, films, slides and other forms of mass media

7. To open up a wider avenue for more vocations

8. To coordinate with other ministries especially that of social apostolate, education and worship
